Land O’ Lakes – May 13th, 2023 – United Way of Pasco County is thrilled to announce two open positions within our organization: Bookkeeper and Victim Advocate. These roles offer exciting opportunities to make a meaningful impact in our community, working directly with survivors of human trafficking and assisting with financial management.
Position: Victim Advocate As a Victim Advocate, you will work closely with our Program Manager to provide empowerment-based advocacy, safety planning, counseling, crisis intervention, and service management to survivors of human trafficking. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s Degree in social work or a related field and preferably has one year of experience working with survivors of human trafficking or assault. This full-time position offers a salary range of $38,000 to $41,000 per year, along with eligibility for benefits.
Position: Bookkeeper We are seeking a Part-Time Bookkeeper to join our team, responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and processing payments. The ideal candidate holds an associate degree in accounting, finance, or a related field and has experience in financial record-keeping. This position offers a competitive pay rate of $18 per hour, with the opportunity to extend to full-time employment.
Both positions will be based at the United Way of Pasco County office located at 17230 Camelot Court, Land O’ Lakes, Florida, 34638.
