Women in the KNOW

Knowledgeable Network of Women - is a personal and professional development program for women in business and community leadership roles. KNOW provides a niche networking forum to openly discuss emerging issues impacting women in our business community in a supportive environment. Through KNOW, the Greater Zephyrhills Chamber of Commerce wishes to cultivate talent by reaching out to today's women executives and tomorrow's leaders. Once a year Speaker Luncheons are scheduled. Topics @ Twelve

T@T is an opportunity for small business owners and leaders to openly discuss issues and trends impacting local business. Through Topics @ Twelve the Chamber of Commerce seeks to support small business in our local community. Participants can expect an interesting keynote speaker addressing topics of relevance to small business owners followed by a lively roundtable discussion and an offering of practical solutions to common challenges facing the small business owner. Topics @ Twelve is a quarterly event.

Small Business Consultation

The Greater Zephyrhills Chamber of Commerce partners with the Small Business Development Center at USF to offer Free and Confidential Business Consulting Services to local business owners.

Who can benefit? Small business owners and leaders seeking successful solutions to a variety of management challenges.

Receive assistance completing and applying for a business loan

Receive assistance developing a marketing plan or business plan for your business
Receive assistance preparing financial projections and understanding cash flow statements for better money management
Develop employee standard manuals/develop employee incentives/get help managing unproductive employees
Receive assistance purchasing or selling a business

The Chamber organizes and collaborates with partners in economic development and government to provide a variety of public forums, town halls and workshops on issues of relevance to the community. Check the Chamber and Community Calendars for upcoming events.

The chamber organizes events throughout the year to carry out its commitment to serve the community. Proceeds from these events allow the Chamber to continue to operate quality programs and services for members, and to support youth and education in the local community. February 8, 2025: Annual Zephyrhills Pigz in Z’Hills BBQ & Blues Fest

Held in Downtown Zephyrhills, it is the signature event for the Greater Zephyrhills Chamber of Commerce. Visitors enjoy award-winning barbecue, Blues Music, KidZone, vendors, business expo, and a Kidz Grillin' contest along with the unique small businesses located in downtown. Pigz in Z'Hills BBQ & Blues is a tradition for almost 14 years. Proceeds raised support local youth leadership clubs, civic organizations, and Chamber programs and services.

May : SharkCuterie

The premier community fundraising event at the most prestigious venue in Zephyrhills. This evening of wine tasting and charcuterie is sure to elevate your weekend. While some will choose to battle for the best charcuterie board design, all attendees will enjoy the fruits (and meats and cheese and veggies) of labor from both our sponsors and battlers as you nibble and mingle your evening away. Wine tasting is included, with additional wine available for purchase by the glass or bottle.

A portion of the proceeds from this event benefits local youth and education programs in Zephyrhills.

May 18, 2024: Incredi-BOWL Z’Hills

Our new family-fun event, Incredi-BOWL Z'Hills is hosted by Pin Chasers. Pin Chasers, located on Gall Blvd., hosts over 30 bowling teams, various events, and fundraisers throughout the year. Bring out your family and friends and join the Greater Zephyrhills Chamber of Commerce for an evening filled with bowling, pizza, and raffles! A portion of the proceeds from this event benefits local youth and education programs in Zephyrhills.

August 1, 2024: Community Awards and Member Appreciation Banquet

The Chamber of Commerce holds an annual banquet to honor and recognize leadership in community and business. Honorees and members are treated to an evening of music and dinner. Whether the theme be Dr. Suess': "Oh, The Places We'll Go, “Jeans & Jewels”, or this year’s 2022 theme “Marvel-ous Z'Hills”, the Chamber's Annual Banquet is the hottest ticket in town.

Student Citizen of the Month

The Student Citizen of the Month program is a Chamber tradition and is how we recognize and honor young people in the community who are demonstrating quality leadership skills. At a monthly breakfast ceremony, Student Citizens from 10 area schools are presented with certificates of achievement, medallions, and letters of commendation from local and state officials recognizing their achievements and the exceptional example they set for their peers. The Student Citizens are always delighted with the special recognition and thrilled to leave with a bag full of "goodies" provided by chamber supporters.

The Student Citizen of the Month Program is an opportunity to tie your business with this long-standing community tradition. Contact your chamber office if you are interested.

Scholarships

The Chamber awards scholarships every year to local graduating seniors in support of their education goals. Every time you purchase a 50/50 ticket at a chamber event, you contribute to this fund. Ambassadors are a spirited and fun-loving group that enjoy camaraderie and the opportunity to serve the community. Members are encouraged to participate. Your involvement can and will make a difference.

Chamber Ambassadors are a group of highly motivated, enthusiastic business leaders who serve as the backbone of the Chamber's membership programs. Ambassadors represent the Chamber at many community events. Ambassadors have the opportunity to promote their own business as they contact business members throughout the month.
