Zephyrhills
The name, itself, evokes the feeling of a warm breeze gently blowing through the hills. Situated in the trending Pasco County, just north of New Tampa. residents enjoy the perfect combination of small town atmosphere with the amenities of larger communities.
City of Dade City
Located in the rolling hills of eastern Pasco County, Dade City typifies what many people think of as “old” or “historic” Florida by virtue of its physical features, its pioneer heritage, and the spirit of its residents. Established in 1889, Dade City is the county seat and also serves as a commercial center for an area encompassing 7 square miles. Downtown restaurants and unique gift shops are popular attractions for visitors and residents alike.

The area's location is great for manufacturing and small businesses since it is in the middle of an impressive framework of highways, rail lines, a major sea port and several airports and this makes it a desirable area to grow a business. Also, with a 3.4% unemployment rate, the area is ripe for opportunity. Zephyrhills has passed ordinances meant to entice new businesses and industries with attractive incentives and Dade City has highly competitive prices for real property, previously-approved development parks and public facilities that meet the needs of the business community.

The East Pasco area which includes Dade City, San Antonio, St. Leo, Wesley Chapel, and Zephyrhills, provides amenities and activities for all ages. We boast city parks, county parks, a state of the art skate park, an interactive water park, a world renown skydiving facility and tennis facility along with a variety of museums such as one that features of military history and one that is located at the train depot in Dade City. Each downtown area offers unique shops, local boutiques, mini-golf, restaurants, breweries, and a wine library!
